• JAPANESIA ACADEMY provides language courses, community features and digital materials ("Content").
• Content is provided "as is" for personal, non‑commercial use; resale or redistribution is prohibited.

2.4 Fees & Payments

• Fees are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are non‑refundable except as required by law or under our Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed via QRIS, OVO, GoPay, card or other methods listed at checkout.

2.5 Cancellations & Refunds

See Refund / Return Policy for details. Course packs are refundable only if cancellation is requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and before attending the first session.

2.6 User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Harass, abuse or spam other users.

2.7 Intellectual Property
